    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with The Events Calendar.

    I see that you are a premium customer. Unfortunately, we’re unable to support our paid plugins here (due to WordPress.org’s rules) — but we will gladly help you out on our Help Desk. Wait times are usually quite a bit shorter too.

    As far as my customer knew he were a premium customer but no longer is.

    Would be great if you check that and reply here if possible.

    Looking at the page sources, The Events Calendar Pro is installed on the site.

    Unfortunately due to WordPress.org rules, we can’t support our premium plugins here.

    In our free version, I would suggest changing the default template in Events → Settings → Display to Default events template since this is a theme issue (or create a custom WP template and apply it)

    If you decide to renew your license, we can help you out on our Help Desk or you can revert to The Events Calendar free version and post a new thread.
