    I don’t even have access to my dashboard…how do i fix this?

    Delete the directory of the newly installed plugin via FTP. If this does not solve the problem, check the error log to see what the reason is. You can contact your hoster’s support for both the FTP connection and the error log.

    If you want to use the plugin, contact the plugin’s support team about the problem before reinstalling it.

    Are you able to fix the issue? Or you are still facing issue? Check your hosting error logs and you can able to fix it using that information.

    It was fixed when the host provider gave me the link to sent by wordpress, i was able to get into Recovery Mode and delete the plugin causing the issue. Thank you for your reply.
