• In the free version of the plugin the only way to display a month view is to use the “Events URL slug”

Looks like this ‘Events URL slug’ does not link to an real existing page in wordpress. I need to add some additional Blocks (text / images, etc) to the calendar view. How can I do that if there is no ‘page’ for the calendar view?

    Hi @vbueschken

Thank you for reaching out — I’m happy to help.

When you access the default calendar page (your events URL slug), the view you see will depend on the default view option you selected under Events > Settings > Display > Calendar.

To add additional content to your calendar, you may want to enable the Before HTML and After HTML contents found under Events > Settings > Display > Additional Content.

If you’re looking for deeper customization, you can also create a template override for the specific calendar view you’re using. Our guide here walks you through the process:
