Doesnt let me translate the block.

Hey, I am trying to create a Learning Center for my website using the Kadence theme, and I’m using the Query Loop Advanced block. It doesn’t allow me to translate it anywhere. I tried using PHP code, CSS, and Loco Translate, but nothing worked. If anyone has any ideas on what could be done, I would really appreciate it.

P.S. I’m doing this on a test site, not the live one, and I’m trying to translate it into European Portuguese.
