Display part value when paying in parts with credit card
-
Hi,
I need to display the part value when paying in parts with a credit card. Let’s say you can pay in 3 or 6 payments, so I need to display the value of the part (1/3 or 1/6 of the total value).
Thanks

Hi @paulabender,
Could you please share a screenshot along with an example to help clarify your requirement? I’m currently unclear on the details, and having that information will allow me to better understand your needs and assist you with an appropriate solution.Looking forward to your response!
Hi,
Here’s an example: https://www.kasseljoyas.com/id-necklace (it’s in Spanish, but you’ll understand what I mean). You have the regular price, the cash price with a discount, and the price of each payment (in this case, 3 payments) with a credit card. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks!
Hi @paulabender,
I attempted to access your site, but I wasn’t able to proceed further as it requires a valid postcode. I tried a few options, but I’m receiving the message: “No hay opciones de envío disponibles para esta dirección.” Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Rm1PKZjtoLaT Could you please provide a valid postcode that I can use to continue checking your site? From what I understand, you’re looking to split and charge the payment gateway fee proportionally based on the number of partial payments at checkout.
If that’s the case, I’m afraid this functionality isn’t supported by our plugin. Currently, it’s designed to apply the payment gateway fee as a full amount rather than splitting it across partial payments.
Please let me know if I’ve understood your requirement correctly, or if you’re referring to something else.
Hi!
You can try this post code: 1419.
And I’m adding a screenshot. (3 cuotas sin interés de $31 means 3 interest-free installments/payments of $31)

Hi @paulabender,
I apologize for the delayed response, and thank you for sharing the postcode and the screenshot of the Shop page.As mentioned in my earlier message, our plugin currently does not support splitting and proportionally charging the payment gateway fee based on the number of partial payments at checkout. The payment gateway fee will be charged as a full amount rather than splitting it across partial payments.
Hi @komal-maru,
Thanks for your response. I don’t really need the plugin to have all those features at checkout (I already have that resolved by another plugin); I just need it to display the number of partial payments below the product as important extra info for the user. Maybe I can add a custom code? What do you think?
Hi @paulabender,
It is not possible to display the partial payments information as additional details below the products on the shop page from our plugin. Our plugin’s primary functionality is to allow you to apply fees or discounts based on the payment gateway selected by the customer during checkout. As for the custom implementation, I’ll need to check with my seniors and the development team to see if it’s something we can take on. Before escalating this request, could you please confirm which plugin you’re currently using for partial payments on your site?
If you’re using the Pro version, we kindly request you to share a copy of the plugin with us at ‘support [at] tychesoftwares [dot] com’. This will help our team assess the scope and estimate the time required for the custom work.
Hi,
this is the plugin for credit card payments: https://wordpress.org/plugins/integrar-getnet-con-woo/
Hi @paulabender,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, and thank you for sharing the name of the plugin displaying the credit card payment method at checkout.
To proceed further, could you please let us know which plugin you’re currently using for partial payments on your site? Using which can we display the partial payment information on the shop page?
This will help our development team better understand your request. Please note that we generally consider customization requests only if they are directly related to, or enhance, our plugin.
Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements and the team reviews the feasibility, I’ll be able to provide you with a further update.Hi, the plugin I shared is the one that offers partial payments.
Hi @paulabender,
Thank you for your patience, and I apologize for the delay in responding. Several of our team members were on leave last week, which caused the hold-up in reviewing your forum.I appreciate you confirming that you’re using the Partial Payments plugin. I’ll review its details and pass everything along to our development specialist for further assistance.
