I’m seeing the error listed below. Then, when I try to edit the feed, the website displays a Critical Error.

I tried deactivating all the plugins except for Custom Facebook Feed. That got rid of the Critical Error, but the Edit Feed screen still only displays a blank gray screen.

    What do I do now?

    Hi @danielvos,

Thank you for contacting us for help with the “Action Required Within 7 Days” warning.

Please ensure you have the latest version of the Facebook Feed plugin installed on your website. If you don’t see this update in the WordPress Dashboard, please manually update the plugin using the following instructions:

    1. Download the latest version of the plugin from the WordPress plugin browser or from our website.
    2. If you manually downloaded it, go to your WordPress Plugins page, click on Add New > Upload Plugin.
    3. Click Install.
    4. Click Replace current with uploaded if necessary.

Once you’ve completed the plugin update, please follow these steps to reconnect your Facebook account:

    1. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Facebook Feed > Settings and remove any connected account(s) by clicking the red trash icon.
    2. Click the Save Settings button.
    3. Click the Add Source button, then the blue Connect button, and go through the connection process again.
    4. For any existing or legacy feed, go to the specific feed options > Settings > Sources and select the newly connected source. You can refer to this screencast for guidance: https://a.supportally.com/v/riiZcZ.

I hope this resolves the issue! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best Regards,
