For a few years now, we’ve been accepting payments through PayPal. Now, CF7 forms no longer sent form to PayPay. I’m not sure what happened. Can anyone steer me in a direction to fix this?
So sorry that you’re having problems. Can you tell me a little little bit more about what happened?
On the settings page is it showing that you’re still connected to PayPal? Can you possibly provide a link to your website page where the plugin is being used?
hi Scott, I really appreciate you getting back to me. We’ve been using CF7 and the CF7 Paypal add-on for appx 4 years. All of a sudden, when a client goes to the sign up form and clicks on “submit” all they see is a spinning icon.
We’ve lost 3 customers in one day. Not a lot of money, but my business partner and I are retired and it is important to us
I took a look at the form on your website, this is a strange problem that I have not seen before.
Does the forms submit correctly when the plugin is disabled? I’m thinking it might be sending email issue, not related to redirecting to PayPal.
Here are two other things to look into:
1. On your web hosting company dashboard, you probably have a PHP error section, right after you try to submit the form, do you see any errors listed?
2. On the plugins settings page, please try changing the Redirect Method, Request Method, and Temporary Storage Method values. Just try a few different combination of values to see if any of them work. It’s not possible to predict which ones might work.
