    Hello,

    Is there native ability to have tickets automatically created on a certain date? Sort of like a recurring ticket? Such as “Install Monthly Server Patches”?

    Hello Austin,

    You could do this by sending a mail with a Unix/Linux cron on a regular basis. This would trigger a ticket creation. So you need to have a cron capability on your server.
