We don’t do "half measures." Not in the office, and definitely not on the beach. 🏖️ At this year’s offsite, we were told there’d be "light games." What followed was a surprisingly strategic version of netball (with questionable footwork) and a tug of war that exposed a few overconfident gym routines. 😅 But if there is one thing we learned about this group, it’s that our competitive spirit is unmatched. There is something special about battling it out in the sun, picking each other up after a tackle, and celebrating the wins together. That same grit is what we're looking for in our Sales team. 🚀 We're hiring Sales Development Reps (SDRs) - if this sounds like someone you know, send it their way. Or apply via the link in the comments. 👇 👇 #TeamCulture #CompanyCulture #SDR #Hiring

🤖 If an AI feels human, do you trust it more or less? AI is becoming more emotionally fluent and lifelike, but where do we want to draw the line between human-like interaction and transparency? 👉 Can we even trust what it says? In enterprise environments, trust doesn’t just mean feeling safe. It means knowing the AI’s answers are accurate, consistent, and explainable. At #OxGen25, our CEO William Tunstall-Pedoe FREng joined a fireside debate discussing the challenge of real world AI deployment and how trust plays a huge part in the conversation. 👉 Read the blog and watch the full talk: https://lnkd.in/e2k7nWdQ #AI #TrustInAI #EnterpriseAI #ResponsibleAI #AIUX #OxGen25

🧠 Meet Callum Hackett, our Research Science Lead at UnlikelyAI Lab. One of the questions driving his research is "How do you build AI systems that explain themselves clearly, every time?" Callum’s background spans formal logic, natural language, and reasoning (Oxford, Newcastle, academia + industry). He’s now leading research on explainable, trustworthy systems i.e. the kind you can actually use in regulated or high-stakes environments. Join his first webinar with the lab: 🎙️ Rebuilding Explainability for AI 🗓️ Tuesday, 16 Dec | 13:30–14:15 GMT 👉 https://lnkd.in/eQEgZ_m8 🔍 More on the lab: https://lab.unlikely.ai/

Does it feel like every week there’s a new ‘must-have’ AI tool and zero clarity on what actually moves the needle? Leaders across accounting, finance, insurance, healthcare and other high-stakes sectors all seem to be facing the same problem: 💭 Overwhelm with options and pressure to commit. When everything sounds like the future, choosing where to invest becomes one of the hardest strategic calls. So we are curious, where do you see those investments going 👇

AI hype was loud in 2024, but 2025 brought a regulatory reality check. Insurance saw pilots stall under regulatory pressure. 36% cited regulatory hurdles as a major barrier to AI adoption based on a survey from Roots. In banking, regulators like FCA have flagged that the use of AI/ML must now satisfy rigorous governance and oversight demands. Across regulated sectors, the message is clear: AI must not be a blackbox. It must be auditable, reliable, compliant. 🔎 So as we look to 2026, the question is not whether AI can deliver, but whether it can deliver under regulation. 💡 What do you think trusted AI in regulated environments should look like? #TrustedAI #RegulatedAI #FutureOfAI
