Meet Ken Felis, Lounge Manager at Aspire Executive Lounge Zurich, and the driving force behind the successful opening of our newest Suite by Aspire. Arriving at work before sunrise and leading from the floor, Ken’s passion for people-first service runs deep. For him, hospitality isn’t just a standard, it’s a mindset. When we asked Ken what it meant to introduce a five-star Suite by Aspire at Zurich, his response was honest: “This wasn’t just another launch. Last Friday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Belfast Giants to our Aspire Lounge at Belfast City Airport, ahead of their first game of the season against the Nottingham Panthers. In partnership with architect and designer GUIDO BOTTAZZO, we hosted 'Third Floor Arcane' an immersive exhibition exploring the connections between art, architecture, and the human condition. Guido's work blends figurative, abstract, and sculptural elements, creating a dynamic dialogue between form and meaning. Each piece is an invitation to reflect on the complexities of our reality, challenging conventions and exploring new expressive possibilities.
