A major milestone for the OceanaGold Corporation and EPI-USE APJ teams, with the successful completion of a global SAP SuccessFactors program based on the EPI-USE Global Design Approach spanning Canada, Australia, and Singapore. The project kicked off in February 2025 and included Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and Employee Central Time Off, creating a single, connected HR and payroll environment across OceanaGold’s operations. Canada led the way with a go-live in July, achieved in just five months, followed by Australia and Singapore, which both went live in October. Delivering a transformation of this scale and complexity in such a short timeframe is a testament to the focus, collaboration, and expertise of both the OceanaGold and EPI-USE teams.
